I have an integrative approach to coaching, there are many methods in my repertoire as a coach, and we will work carefully together to choose the right approach for you and the distinct challenges you bring each time to the thinking space.

About me
Hi, I'm Maria! I'm a maker and a coach.
After more than fifteen years in management and leadership positions in sectors including pharmaceutical, academia, charities and learned societies, I trained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School, UK on their triple accredited professional certificate in executive coaching.
​
I've been a student, a scientist, a volunteer, a student society founder, a committee member and a head of department (to name a few - you can find out more on my LinkedIn below) and the common threads in my experience have been resilience, creativity, collaboration and compassion. I know transitions well, having moved from sector to sector, and through the course of life's ups and downs. As a woman of South Asian descent, and someone with over fifteen years of experience of complicated chronic illnesses, I have learned to navigate some of the more human aspects of the workplace too, so I can empathise with many of the challenges my clients face.

I'm interested in relationships between people and the relationships we have with ourselves; our sense of identity; and the effects of the workplace on individuals.
