Getting to know you (GTKY)
Join Maria for a free friendly call to get to know each other and explore how we might work together, starting your journey towards reaching your personal goals.
This includes a mini-coaching session so you will be able to see how working together could work.
One to one Executive and Business Coaching
If you'd like to work together after our intro call, we will jointly decide a bespoke package based on your needs.

Working one-to-one we can get into the details of your challenges and set you on a path to sustainable change.

As this service is bespoke, the price is agreed between us offline. As a guide, the fee for an individual coaching session is £130.
I retain a strictly limited number of pro bono and 'lo bono' spaces for those in need - please mention at our GTKY call if this applies.
Training workshops
We offer training and team-building workshops depending on the needs of your early and mid-career employees.
If you need support on challenges such as establishing your new team, supporting your team members' confidence in giving presentations, working with external stakeholders, or similar topics, get in touch!
